Privacy Policy

CNINGOT is a United States company. We operate AI software-as-a-service products for video, images, and music. The data controller of your personal information is CNINGOT.

Information you provide

• Account. Name, email, company name, and similar contact details when you register or contact us.
• Payment. Billing details are handled by our payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. We may receive subscription status, last four digits, and similar records from the processor.
• Input and Output. Prompts, uploaded files (such as images, audio, video, or references), settings, and media the Services generate. This content may include personal information if you put it there.
• Communications. Messages, attachments, and related metadata when you email or chat with us.

Information collected automatically

• Device and logs. IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, timestamps, and similar log data.
• Cookies and analytics. Cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used. We use analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Our marketing site may also load HubSpot.
• Usage. Feature use, generation volume, errors, and performance metrics so we can operate and improve the Services.

Information from others

If you sign in or pay through a third party, we may receive an identifier, email, or payment confirmation from that provider. We may also receive limited information from fraud-prevention or security vendors.

We use the information above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including generating video, images, and music from your Input
• Create and manage accounts, process payments, and provide support
• Improve, secure, and develop the Services
• Communicate about the Services, including transactional email and, where allowed, product updates
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

To create Output, we send Input (and related instructions) to our systems and to subprocessors, which may include third-party AI model and cloud providers. Those providers process data on our behalf to return generated video, images, or audio.

We may use de-identified or aggregated usage data to improve reliability and quality. We do not sell your personal information. If a specific product has a different training or retention practice, that product’s site or settings will say so.

We share information in these situations:

• Vendors. Hosting, AI model providers, payment processors, analytics, email, customer support, and similar vendors that help us run the Services.
• Professional advisors. Lawyers, accountants, and insurers when needed.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate fraud or abuse.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets.
• With your direction. If you ask us to share information or connect a third-party account.

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process personal information to perform a contract with you, to pursue legitimate interests (such as operating, securing, and improving the Services) that are not overridden by your rights, with your consent where we ask for it, or to comply with a legal obligation.

We keep personal information as long as we have an ongoing business need (for example, to provide the account you requested or to meet tax, accounting, or legal requirements). Generated media and uploads may be stored so you can retrieve projects, unless you delete them or we are required to remove them. When we no longer need the information, we delete or anonymize it, or isolate it until deletion is possible.

We use administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can make a request by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails. We may still send transactional messages about your account. You can control cookies through your browser; some features may not work if cookies are blocked.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact [email protected] and we will take steps to delete it.

CNINGOT operates in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our vendors operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your own. We take steps described in this policy to protect information when it is transferred.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The new version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If we make a material change to how we use personal information we have already collected, we will provide additional notice, such as email or an in-product message.
